Quality for Outcomes was created because we kept seeing the same problem.
Talented teams were doing important work but often lacked the practical systems, tools and support to clearly demonstrate the difference they were making.
That's why we do what we do.
We understand the challenges because we've experienced them ourselves. We've designed programs, conducted research, evaluated complex initiatives, advised funders and worked alongside governments and organisations to strengthen quality and impact. That breadth of experience means we don't just understand the theory - we understand what works in practice.
When you work with us, you work directly with us. We don't hand projects to junior consultants. We bring more than 40 years of combined experience across public health, research, evaluation, systems change and program design, working alongside organisations to develop practical solutions that continue to add value long after our involvement ends.
Together, we've authored 110+ peer-reviewed publications, developed 100+ practical tools and resources, and partnered with governments, health services, universities and community organisations in Australia and internationally—including the Department of Health, Department of Social Services, cohealth, headspace and the European Commission. Our work has also contributed to international policy and knowledge translation, including representation on the WHO Global Research Agenda on Knowledge Translation.
Our goal is simple: to help organisations build quality into their programs so they can create, and confidently demonstrate, meaningful impact.
